Boiler Tubes &
APH Tubes
ERW & Seamless tubes for boilers and high-temperature systems — IBR compliant
Overview
Boiler Tubes & APH Tubes are manufactured in both ERW and Seamless forms depending on application requirements. Primarily used in boilers and high-temperature systems, these tubes are produced in compliance with IBR Regulations.
Manufactured using heat-resisting carbon and low alloy steels, these tubes are designed to withstand high temperature and high-pressure conditions in energy and process industries. They are supplied in hot rolled or cold drawn condition.
Manufacturing Process
Boiler and APH tubes are manufactured through controlled ERW or seamless processes based on end-use requirements:
High-quality carbon or low alloy steel is selected.
Tubes are formed through ERW welding or seamless hot piercing process.
Heat treatment ensures required mechanical properties.
Cold drawing (where required) enhances dimensional accuracy.
Tubes undergo testing and inspection as per IBR norms.
This ensures structural stability and reliable performance under extreme operating conditions.
Advanced Manufacturing & Quality Control
Our Boiler & APH tubes are produced with:
Each tube undergoes hydrostatic, dimensional, and metallurgical testing.
