Carbon Steel
Seamless Pipes
High-strength, pressure-resistant seamless pipes for high-temperature and critical industrial applications
Overview
Carbon Steel Seamless Pipes are high-strength, pressure-resistant pipes manufactured without any longitudinal weld seam. Produced through hot piercing and rolling of solid steel billets, these pipes offer superior structural integrity and uniform wall thickness for high-temperature and high-pressure applications.
Manufactured in compliance with IBR regulations, they are widely used in critical industrial and fluid transmission systems.
Manufacturing Process
Seamless pipes are manufactured through a precision-controlled process:
High-quality deoxidized steel billets are inspected and heated to the required temperature.
A rotary piercing mill converts the solid billet into a hollow shell.
The hollow shell is elongated and reduced through rolling mills.
Pipes undergo heat treatment, sizing, straightening, and finishing.
Final inspection and testing ensure dimensional accuracy and metallurgical compliance.
This process ensures absence of weld seams and enhanced mechanical strength.
Advanced Manufacturing & Quality Control
Our seamless pipes are produced with:
Each pipe undergoes hydrostatic testing, dimensional checks, and visual inspection.
