Manufacturing Process
HDPE pipes are manufactured using advanced extrusion technology:
High-grade PE compound (PE 63 / PE 80 / PE 100) is processed.
Material is melted and extruded through precision dies.
Controlled vacuum sizing ensures uniform diameter.
Pipes are cooled, marked, and cut to standard lengths.
Each batch undergoes hydrostatic and dimensional testing.
Fittings are manufactured through injection molding or fabricated using butt fusion techniques.
