Manufacturing Process
OCTG products are manufactured using seamless or ERW processes depending on application:
High-grade steel billets are heated and pierced (for seamless pipes).
Pipes are rolled and sized to precise dimensions.
Heat treatment is carried out to achieve required mechanical properties.
Threading is performed as per API standards.
Pipes undergo Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and hydrostatic testing.
Strict quality controls ensure high strength and performance in critical drilling operations.
