Manufacturing Process
OPVC pipes are produced using an advanced multi-stage process:
Standard PVC pipe is first extruded.
The pipe is heated to a controlled temperature.
It undergoes bi-axial molecular orientation (axial and circumferential stretching).
The orientation process increases tensile strength and impact resistance.
Final cooling and calibration ensure dimensional accuracy.
Fittings are manufactured using compatible PVC compounds to ensure joint integrity and system performance.
