Overview

Square and Rectangular Hollow Sections (SHS & RHS) are engineered structural steel tubes manufactured using advanced ERW technology. Designed for strength, dimensional accuracy, and structural efficiency, these hollow sections are widely used in infrastructure, industrial, architectural and engineering applications.

Manufacturing Process

Both SHS and RHS are produced using a controlled Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) process:

High-quality steel strips are roll-formed into a circular tube.

The longitudinal edges are resistance welded to form a mother tube.

The round mother tube is passed through a series of shaping stands.

It is gradually formed into the required square or rectangular profile.

Final sizing ensures dimensional precision and structural uniformity.

Advanced DFT Technology

Our Hollow Sections are also manufactured using advanced Dimensional Forming Technology (DFT) which ensures:
